Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. You will utilize your knowledge of pest control methods and equipment to ensure effective treatment while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control, WDI inspections and treatment, along with the ability to operate various tools and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.

• Develop and implement effective pest management plans tailored to client needs.

• Apply pesticides and other treatment methods safely and effectively, following 

all regulations and safety protocols.

• Utilize power tools, hand tools, and related equipment as needed for pest control tasks.

• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and customer interactions.

• Provide clients with education on pest prevention strategies and maintenance practices.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on industry trends, pest control techniques, and safety regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; we are 

willing to train the right candidate.

• Familiarity with WDI inspections and treatments is a plus.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.

• A valid driver's license is required. No moving violations in the last three years.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.

• Pass a background and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Based on experience

Expected hours: 40 per week

Compensation Package:

• Overtime Pay/Paid Holidays/Bonuses

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Overtime

• Weekends as needed
